Batter calling for time during the at-bat

Binghamton Rumble Ponies took the last game of the 6-game series against the SeaWolves by a score of 6-3. The Ponies were led offensively by Jeremy Vasquez who went 3-4 with two doubles and 2 RBI’s. A source close to the team said they are very excited about Vasquez and his future. The Sea wolves were led by Brian Metoyer who hit a Monster homerun in the 5th inning that, as a journalist who has seen some baseball in my days, was one of the longest homeruns I have seen in my entire life. On the pitching end, the Ponies were led by Nate Fisher who pitched 3 perfect innings to get things started in the game and threw 25 strikes out of 32 pitches. This win comes at the right time for the Ponies as after this game they go on a grueling 12 game road trip playing 6 against the Hartford Yard Goats and 6 against the New Hampshire Fischer Cats.
